Well, since they're co-workers, I see Alexia and Ross entering into some sort of friendship. Since Alexia's starting as a College Freshman at St. Gabriel's and has never actually worked a job in her life, he could attempt to teach her the ropes. It'll be a rough first day or so, but by then, she'll get the hang of it! XD

Maybe he heard about how she's a 'special' case from gossip around the school, but he doesn't actually know what she is. Excuse me if I'm misrepresenting, but Ross seems like he doesn't really have a filter, so maybe he's just like "So what's your whole deal anyway?" or something, and that can kinda be the kickstone that starts everything off for a good friendship? Alexia's very LGBT friendly, so if he ever needed to talk about that with someone who wasn't directly involved, but only an onlooker, that could be a thing.

There's a lot of potential here (as there is with any story), and we can go in a lot of different directions with this. They could also end being enemies, and not really liking each other. He could probably think that Alexia's not very entertaining to be around, or that she's too serious, and she could think the flipside to that, seeing him as immature (keeping his age in the back of her mind at all times.)

ROSS & ALEXIA
Ross is a super friendly kid. He’ s very open to making friends and helping people out. Although it’s to a very superficial extent. He’s been through a lot emotionally, so he doesn’t like to get close to people. Ross is a werewolf and a very good tracker in his pack. He has a whole index of scents of different species logged in his book and so he’ll probably know exactly what Alexia is off the bat, but he won’t know what the other key markers are. He’ll be able to tell she’s a witch, but all the incest and the power that’s something he won’t be able to pick out from the scents. He’s not keen on asking anybody about what their species is, but I think he might ask her why she’s so inept when it comes to working or what the deal is with her family, because he might have heard rumors about her sibling “rivalry.”

Well, since Ettie's a teacher and Ross a student, I don't think they'd be really close, but they're both friendly people, so I'm sure they'd get along pretty good. I'm not sure they'd interact much though unless Ross is interested in taking a French class by any chance?

Haha as much as I think these two would get along, Ross hardly goes to any of his classes so chances of him taking french class are little to none. However if they run into each other on academy grounds I'm sure I'll find her scent pretty interesting and like her bubbly attitude.
