I don't really see these two knowing each other since Roxie is older and does not like to hang out with people that like to laugh (unless it is at the misfortune of others). Plus Roxie does not do the whole caring thing very well.

You are definitely right. I don't think the two of them would really know each other at all. Sura tends to avoid people who rub off the wrong way and she's related to Henry so she'll probably hear it from him to avoid her.

Ettie's always very friendly and outgoing and these two would probably get along pretty well. They might not really see each other much though unless Sura was in Ettie's french class, and the probably wouldn't be extremely close because of the who student/teacher thing.
