Aria is a popular girl, but she can come across as cold and bitchy, as she has a constant mask in place. She likes to be independent and the idea of depending on others makes her anxious, because she has learn that people will always let her down- growing up passed from nanny to nanny, she had little affection from her parents, who were murdered a few years ago. One or two best friends would be great, probably people who run in the same social circles as her, and they would be the only people that know the real insecure, lonely, lost mess that she is beneath the hard exterior. She'd probably have some fake friends, people she'd want to be friends with and people who would want to be friends with her, even if there's little authenticity within the friendship. It would take a lot for people to see the real her, though, so it would probably be hard work to be a real friend to her, as she'd do her best to push them away. Eventually, though, she'd break down and they would succeed. Beneath everything, she's actually a good friend and a sweet girl; she's just afraid to show that side to her, not being used to people care about her or anything.

Sirens, vampires, the typical that would come under here. Other than that; there's a lot of potential for enemies. She's highly competitive, and despises losing- on top of that, Aria has always gotten what she wanted. Her parents were of great wealth and prestige and have left all their money to her after their deaths, so she's not a person who's used to being told 'no'. This could prove problematic for many; she has the ability of Mermaid's Gaze, too, which is a form of compulsion that aids her in getting exactly what she wants even more. Some people would hate the bitchy side of her etc, jealousy here and there. There could be some person to see beneath the mask and blackmail her in some way or something, for whatever reason!

Flirtatious, and used to socialising and partying, Aria would probably have a lot of flings and short lived romances. However, that's not to say she isn't incredibly classy. Typically she has a record of falling for the wrong people and having her heart broken, as much as she pretends that it doesn't faze her at all. It would take a lot for someone to get through to her enough to have her open up to them and show the real her, and so there would have to be a lot of patience if a person wanted to have a relationship of some kind with her. It'd be nice for someone to break down her walls, though!

Aria is an only child, but I'd love a kind of 'family' for her- a group of people who she's closer to more than anyone else. For her, her best friends would come under this, but an older sibling type figure would be grand, and also someone for her to look out for in return!
